We can change the icon, so amazing screen sharing and we can always change or upload the image. We can even upload our own image and we can even add a link right here, so you can even how to read more so read more and then right here.

We can open it in the same tab or a new tab, so probably just leave it like that. I want to open up in a different tab, so that’s, basically how you can edit this section. You can also add widgets right here.

So this section this theme has different widgets that you can add. So maybe a call to action. You can add in a call to action by now and then description and then maybe put in a link right here. Does it store and then um you know you can basically add in whatever you want, you can add on you can even Center this make a blue or change this to you know whatever you want to change it to button number one button link, so you guys Get it you know we can, we can upload an image, etc and see we can upload them on our library.

So here we can actually hide the author section. So you see how there’s, an author right there. We can go ahead and hide that we can hide a related posts. We can hide the category as well. We can hide, you know the post author, we can even hide the the data was posted as well and again you ‘

Ll need to go ahead and click on, publish and then refresh it because some times and you change these settings, they don’t, always work visually, so you have to actually change it. And then you have to kind of go and look at the page and it’ll change, so that’s.

Basically, what this section is right here excerpt is the number of words so basically saying there is 55 words, and now you can see it’s shrinking so 55 and then 30 it’ll. Just basically, you know it just shows more words that’s.

All the option really does okay going back over here we have menus of I’ve already shown you menus. We have widgets and widgets are basically these little things right here. With those I don’t wan na go too far. Much into that, because I don’t want to venture off and talk about widgets and everything else, because they’re very easy to understand. Now. Also one thing on the bottom of the page: right here we have our footer now this section right here, footer one controls this section and everything here is virtually just text so right here you can see we’re, passionate about blah blah blah.

Hi guys. Today we are going to see how you can sell digital products on your e-commerce site. Now first let’s see what our digital products. So, a digital product is just any product which comes in a file format.

So for example, a book or an audio file which you have prepared. So these are called digital products. Now let’s say you have a book, Which is in PDF format. And you want to sell this book on your website.

You can do that easily by watching this video. So after watching this video, You will be able to sell any digital product On your website like this. And once a customer purchases this product. They’ll be able to download it from your website.

So all you need to have to follow this tutorial is an e-commerce site. If you don’t have an e-commerce site you can easily make it. Just by watching this video. So once you created your e-commerce site you can then follow this tutorial.

So let’s get started we are going to do this in just two steps. So the first step is to create your digital product. So to create your digital product, Let’s go to our WordPress dashboard. And then go to ‘products’.

And click ‘add new’. Now first let’s enter our product name. As I’m going to sell an e-book. I’m going to enter my product name as WordPress Beginner’s Guide And here enter the price of your product.

Now as you can see right now this is a regular product. Now in order to make this product into a digital product, You need to enable the downloadable option here. So let’s enable it. And now this product will be changed to a digital product.

And you can see here that we have got a new section where we can add our product file. So to add our product file, let’s click ‘Add File’. Now again enter the name of a product here. And to add the product file, Let’s click ‘Choose file’.

And then drag and drop your file from your computer. Now as you can see your file has been added here. So let’s scroll down. And here you can give an explanation about your product So once you have added these details.

Next let’s add an image of our product. So just click set product image. And then drag and drop your image. And as you can see your product image has been added. So once you have added all the details.

Now to add this product to your website, Just click ‘Publish’. And now this digital product will be added to your website. So now if we go to our website. And go to store. You can see that we now have a digital product.

Now if we click it. You can see that it can now be purchased from our store. So this is how we can create a digital product, On your e-commerce website. Okay So next let’s try buying this product and see what happens.

So now if you click ‘Add to cart’. You can see that it is asking for the shipping address from your customer. Now since this is a digital product, which can be directly downloaded from your website.

It is not necessary for customers to enter their address here. So next let’s see how we can remove these address fields. So to remove these fields we are going to install a plugin on our WordPress site So to install the plugin, let’s go back to our WordPress dashboard.

Now go to ‘Plugins’. And click ‘Add New’. Now search for ‘digital goods’ in this box. And you will get this plugin. Now this is the plugin which is going to help us remove the address fields for digital products.

So to install the plug-in let’s click install. And then click activate. So now the plug-in has been installed. So once you have installed the plugin. Now to remove the address fields, Just click here.

And it will take you to this page. Now as you can see These are the fields which we have on our checkout page. And now we need to select the fields Which you want to remove from your checkout page. Now since we want to remove all of these fields.

let’s click select all. And all the fields will be removed. Now if you’re using the Instamojo payment method on your website. Make sure you deselect this option. So once you have selected the fields you want to remove.

Click save settings. And now if you go to our checkout page. And click refresh. You can see that all the address fields have been removed. So now let’s continue with the purchase Let’s fill up these details.

And click place order. And now if you make the payment. You can see that we have successfully completed the purchase. And now we have a new download option where we can download the product. So if we click this button.

You can see that the product has been downloaded to our computer. So this is how we can sell digital products on your website. Now if you see here You can see that the Downloads remaining is set as infinity Which means once a customer has purchased the product, They can download it as many times as they want.

Now what if you want to limit the number of downloads available for your customer. You can do that easily by setting a download limit. So next we are going to see how you can set a download limit for your digital product.

So set a download limit let’s go back to our WordPress dashboard. Now go to products. And click all products Now let’s open our product. And if you scroll down. You can see that we have a download limit option.

So here you can set the limit for the number of downloads. So let’s say you want your product to be downloaded only twice. Just enter two here. And once you have set the limit Just click update. Now if we go back to our order page.

And click refresh. You can see that Under ‘Downloads remaining’ It says two. So this means your customer can only download this product twice. So let’s try it on loading this product. If we click download twice.

You can see that the product has been downloaded two times. And now if you try to download this product for the third time. You can see that we are getting a message saying, ‘you have reached the download limit’ So this means your customer will not be able to download the product again.

I’m gonna show you. How to add products on send owl send owl is an online shopping cart for selling products. Alright, let’s. Just jump right in first, you’re gonna just go and sign in to your account after you sign in you’re gonna be brought to the dashboard page.

Yours will look similar to this. As you can see, I’ve made a few sales this month. If you look on your left hand, side you’re gonna see products, click products here I’ve added a few of my previous products, but today I’ll, just add a new one, alright, so click product, and Now you have to choose what type of product you’re gonna add.

If it’s gonna be a digital file. If it’s, gonna be software, a physical product you choose here, I’m gonna start with digital file. I’m gonna name my file product 1. It’s, gonna be $ 50, and I’m gonna attach a file here.

Alright, now that I have my file attached, I’m ready to create the product. Alright, after you click create product, you’ll, be redirected to this page, where you’re gonna be able to start selling your product.

So what you can do is it will give you a link wherever you’re planning on selling your product, you’re gonna use that link to sell your product. You have the option at the bottom here to edit your project product.

If there’s, anything that you want to change like price or file, and now you can return to the products page. Alright, you can see here. My product has been added right at the bottom. Now let’s, go try another one.

Alright for other types of products, click again add product and we’re gonna do service. So first all you’re gonna need is the name of the product. This one’s. Gon na be product. You’re gonna want a price $ 10, and then you can create the service again.

It gives you the link social sharing options and then code to use for your website or blog as you can see, send out, is really easy to use. The user interface is great and really intuitive. It makes a lot of sense.

The way they have things set up there’s, a few other things that I want to show you before we move on. So if you go to add product and click bundle, you can add the name of your bundle. You can do P 1 & amp 2, so I’m gonna bundle, my products together, I can choose my product and then this product here and I can sell it for whatever I choose so that way, if you want to have some special Ordeal where you’re selling, two products for the price of one or something like that.

You can had two products, a bundle and then give it a special price click. Create bundle gives you your links, your social sharing and then the code for your website or blog. Now, you can go back and edit these products at any time.

Alright, now that we’ve gone through the product creation process, go down and click on your product that you’ve created, and it brings you to the Edit product page. It has the name of your product, the price of your product, and then you can manage your product from a sales page here.

Other options that you’ll want to understand are under Advanced Options. You can do prices guide where it lets the buyer. Pay any amount they want. I don ‘ T really know why you do that. You can also set a quantity limit.

You can set sales limits, type of currency. You can redirect the URL. You can also issue free orders to check if your product is working if the links are working properly, to make sure that you have the right file uploaded into the product, just everything as far as checking before your product is actually published.

You can do all of that here. You can also view your button code again like before it shows all of your links and then codes and social sharing all right. Now, after you’ve added your product go to the left hand side and you’re, going to see the orders.

Tab, click on orders, and here it will show you everything that has been purchased. Now you probably don’t, have anything here yet, but you’ll want to check here. As you start, making making sales it ‘

Ll show you what was issued for free. What orders are complete if you’ve, given any refunds, it will show refunds, and it also gives you order numbers and then all the information that you’ll need for each order.

It’s, a really effective way of getting a little bit of extra money out of each customer. You also have the option to add affiliates to your products. I don’t have any on my products, but that’s. An option if that’s, something you’re interested in also.

You can connect an email list here. So if you want to email out information about your products or your customers know about a certain deal, you can hook up popular mailing list providers and you can see those here on the screen, the last option they have as far as marketing his car abandonment.

If someone is about to purchase your product and they go to a man in their cart, it’ll pop up a window that says: wait. Don’t go yet you can have 20 % off this or 20 % off everything in your cart. It’s just another way to try and get the customer to stay before they leave the next thing that they offer are analytics.
