<p>Yes, it hasn&#8217;t happened over the last year. It was many, many years of building it up, but I have written literally over 1,000 blog posts just in English. If you combine Portuguese and Spanish and other languages and German, I&#8217;ve probably written over 2,000 guest posts.</p>
<p>That&#8217;s a shit ton of content! Is it really worth it? I don&#8217;t do it anymore, so you&#8217;re probably like no. But you know what, I&#8217;ll actually tell you the answer, and it&#8217;s a bit more complicated than just a yes or no answer.</p>
<p>Now first off, if you&#8217;re in the B2C niche, if you&#8217;re out there selling dog shoes. I don&#8217;t know what you would be selling, but let&#8217;s say B2C niche, dog shoes or dog leashes or pick anything out there.</p>
<p>Chances are guest posting is not worth it because the amount of traffic that you can get from these sites and the amount of business it generates for the consumernage is so small, you will not generate enough revenue.</p>
<p>But on the flip side, for B2B, it is worth it in which you can make a shit ton of money. I&#8217;m talking about millions of dollars. And I can even give you an example of how I&#8217;ve done well through guest posting, but it&#8217;s not what you think in which you can&#8217;t just release a guest post or two guest posts and do well.</p>
<p>See when I started guest posting, I would write one or two articles a week and I&#8217;d be like oh, okay, I&#8217;m gonna write on Entrepreneur, Forbes, Inc., and you know what? I&#8217;m gonna get a shit load of business and people hitting me up for marketing advice and consulting, and guess how much business I drummed up from it.</p>
<p>Little to none. But after doing it for a year or two, what happened to all my articles on Entrepreneur, and Inc., and Forbes about social media marketing and SEO and link building and digital marketing? They started to rank on Google.</p>
<p>These articles started getting a ton of traction. And I wasn&#8217;t doing anything. Just over time, they naturally rank. Businesses would be like, oh, I read this article by Neil. Let&#8217;s hit him up.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s see what he does. And I would get business contracts from it. I wasn&#8217;t getting contracts that were like, hey I&#8217;ll pay you 1,000 bucks. Sure, those leads would come in, but I was getting some six figure contracts, and it was amazing, all because of all my guest posts out there.</p>
<p>But when people talk about guest posting, they&#8217;re like, yeah, you guest post, you&#8217;re gonna get business. No, they&#8217;re full of shit. I&#8217;ve done more than most people. I had a team who helped me manage my whole guest posting scheduling.</p>
<p>I had editors who helped me out, right? Just because I&#8217;m writing the articles doesn&#8217;t mean I could edit &#8217;em fast enough, add images. I was going at one point where I was doing one guest post per day, seven days week.</p>
<p>And there were short articles. I streamlined it down to like 700 word articles or 1,000 word in order to just crank &#8217;em out left and right, and some of the topics were regurgitated in which I would published similar articles on Entrepreneur as I did on Forbes.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t care. It wasn&#8217;t duplicate content. I would rewrite it, make it unique enough, but I was doing it so I can do quantity. What ended up happening is after a year or two, it drummed up business, but in the short run, it was a big time sink and a money loss.</p>
<p>And here&#8217;s the thing with guest posting. When I got started in it, the times were amazing and everyone was like, oh, I&#8217;m gonna guest post on Entrepreneur, Inc. so I can links and get higher rankings on Google.</p>
<p>You think this $700 billion company does know what you&#8217;re doing? You think they&#8217;re that dumb where they can&#8217;t stop it it. Those links don&#8217;t really help you that much. Instead, and even these blogs and these publishers, they&#8217;re no following these days.</p>
<p>But instead, you should be doing it to build authority, a name for yourself and drum up business. If you don&#8217;t do it in the long run, you&#8217;re not gonna do well. And that&#8217;s why I&#8217;m telling you, if you&#8217;re gonna guest post, you gotta do it for at least two years.</p>
<p>After the first year, you&#8217;ll start seeing some results. After two years, you&#8217;ll dominate and you&#8217;ll start getting business, and you can actually generate a seven figure business from it. My buddy, Jason, from AudienceBloom, he guest posts everywhere.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s a seven figure business, not just what you can potentially sell the business for, but I&#8217;m talking about revenue. How does he get all his business? Guest posting. And all he did was write articles about marketing.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s worked for me, it&#8217;s worked for him, and it&#8217;s worked for tons of other people. My buddy, Nadav, from Inbound Junction, he&#8217;s built up a seven figure business, as well from guest posting.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not about selling links or anything like that. You build a business by becoming a authority in your space. Heck, I get speaking engagements &#8217;cause people are like, oh, I read your article on Content Marketing Institute.</p>
<p>Can you come to our company here in Dubai and speak? We&#8217;ll give you 20 grand for the hour, all because of guest posting. It&#8217;s priceless. If you want to do it, do it, but do it for two straight years.</p>
<p>If you wanna give up after that, that&#8217;s okay. There&#8217;s already, you know, five, 600 articles out there on the web. And you have to do at least five articles a week. Doing a few here and there doesn&#8217;t do shit.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s hit or miss. Some articles do well. Some don&#8217;t. So follow those strategies and you&#8217;ll create a shit load of income from guest posting, assuming you&#8217;re in B2B. If you&#8217;re in B2C, don&#8217;t waste your time.</p>

<p>I know a lot of affiliates that do this. It&#8217;s highly recommended definitely set up some campaigns. Seasonal campaigns are really cool to have going. Of course, you don&#8217;t want to rely on those. You want to try to utilize these as extra infusions of cash into your business, but bottom line is when I did the post.</p>
<p>I had mentioned something about using competitive, intelligent tools. To start our PPC campaigns, our pay-per-click campaigns, so, of course that opened the door to a bunch of people. Emailing me said: hey what exactly are you using for your competitive intelligence tools for your spy tools, and I have talked a little bit about this in a previous article, but I thought it would be really nice to respond specifically because I got you literally wouldn&#8217;t believe how many emails I got.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t even know. I didn&#8217;t even count. I stopped counting after a while of emails. People saying well that&#8217;s, great, that you use the spy tools but specifically which ones so we&#8217;re, going to take the time to go through the spy tools that I utilize.</p>
<p>There are others, but we use quite a few of them, because there are advantages and disadvantages of each. So if you have them all available that&#8217;s great you, don&#8217;t have to start with them all most are paid.</p>
<p>However, a lot do have a lot of these: do have free trials or you know cheap trials. If you will so, you can really get started for free or next to free. With that being said, though, with the pricing or the price point of these tools, it should be really easy for you to earn back a multiple of that fee, a significant multiple of that fee each month, if you&#8217;re paying monthly.</p>
<p>The only reason you really shouldn&#8217;t be getting a good return with these tools is, if you&#8217;re, simply not taking action on the research that you do, which brings me to another point. If you are going to utilize and pay for these spy tools, you know use them, create campaigns, don&#8217;t just do research and say: oh that looks like a profitable campaign.</p>
<p>I know a lot of guys that have spiked tools and they&#8217;re, really good at doing the research and pulling campaigns, but then they kind of sit on them, which is a complete waste. So the whole point is to gain competitive intelligence and then launch into profitable campaigns by executing right.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s, go ahead and get with the specific tools that we utilize and why we utilize them. Maybe some pros and cons so that you guys have a specific answer to what we use as per request. So here we go.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s start out with PPC. The pay per click tools that we utilize are a little cheaper than some of the media, buy tools and the banner tools. So let&#8217;s start here. Key works by is the first one that we utilize really two main.</p>
<p>If you will PPC specific spy tools, keywords by and spyfu, so let&#8217;s start with keyword spy. There is a free trial which is really cool. You can you can test this thing out a great interface. It&#8217;s, easy to use.</p>
<p>You know a kindergartner can use it. So, with these spy tools, you have the ability to type in a domain name. If you know a specific domain, name is bidding on a lot of key terms that you&#8217;re interested in a keyword or destination URL.</p>
<p>So, for example, if if you know there are specific affiliates promoting a specific offer, you know you can slap in the destination URL. It will track that there&#8217;s, also affiliate intelligence which can track affiliate, IDs and such so there.</p>
<p>There are a lot of really cool tools. You guys can dig into the specifics. I won&#8217;t waste your time here, but definitely take a look at keyword spines by food. So, instead of going through very specific features, let&#8217;s.</p>
<p>Just do a quick search and I&#8217;ll show you guys really quick how it works. Let&#8217;s, just use ebay&#8217;s are sample and when you type an eBay, it &#8216; Ll pull up the basic overview. So this gives you the trend of their daily budget, which is nice to see you get some other stats here.</p>
<p>There took clicks and add position and average cost per click which their approximating, of course, all the six million keywords. So this is really awesome. Now these tabs, at the top start to break things down in a little bit more detail.</p>
<p>So if you want to look at their specific ads, you click this and, of course, you see, they add that they ran on a particular keyword and the cool thing about this. Is it does a little ROI calculation? They&#8217;ve, got a little algorithm to calculate what they think would be the most profitable ads.</p>
<p>So things are sorted by ROI automatically, which is nice. It&#8217;s. Actually SemiAccurate. I mean it&#8217;s. It&#8217;s. A good i guess barometer to use in in terms of which keywords and ads are profitable for this particular domain name but anyway, so you get ROI.</p>
<p>If there&#8217;s, an affiliate thing in there are not keywords, of course, volume and cost per click, and &#8211; and this is a really powerful one &#8211; it&#8217;s days scene so out of the 944 days that they were tracking 693 of them Found this particular ad for that keyword or found this particular ad, so it&#8217;s really powerful.</p>
<p>To be able to see this, you can even sort by that column, of course, and you can determine you know how long an ad has been running. Obviously, if they&#8217;ve been paying for the ad for a significant number of days, the ad is probably profitable.</p>
<p>Therefore, if you replicate or nearly replicate the ad, you should be profitable as well, at least in the long run. Now you have to remember just specifically copying a campaign. Doesn&#8217;t ensure your success.</p>
<p>There are a lot of factors, especially with like Adwords and their quality score, and things like that that determine if you&#8217;re, going to be profitable with your ad. There are a whole host of factors, but all things being equal.</p>
<p>This is a fantastic way to gauge or get a jump on, which keywords and ads are going to before you. So anyway, click on the adds and then, of course, the keywords, the cool thing about these things, as you can export export.</p>
<p>This entire thing, which is awesome so you get you, can literally export directly Google AdWords editor files and the Bing files in etc. So you can export and literally take them and import that file right into your account.</p>
<p>Your PPC account and your live. That quick and, of course you can just export via standard CSV an excel sheet such and then they have organic keywords to and then of course, competitors which is kind of cool.</p>
<p>Now let&#8217;s, go back to the overview thing to speak, a little bit about competitors, real, quick, something else I use so once we start to pin down a really good campaign with the keywords in the ads that we think are working for a Particular domain, then we start to look at the competitors because obviously relevant competitors are going to have different keywords and different ads.</p>
<p>So you can start to sort of one rock turns over another. If you will, you can start to sort of go down this path of discovering more ads, more keywords that should be profitable for you now. Another way we utilize this, which is pretty cool, don&#8217;t, forget about expanding horizontally or wide instead of deep.</p>
<p>What i mean by wide is: let&#8217;s. Say you&#8217;re. Doing you&#8217;re, doing a campaign on let&#8217;s, say: weight loss. Okay. Obviously there are going to be a lot of well. Let&#8217;s. Just do a keyword here and i&#8217;ll. Show you an example.</p>
<p>This I&#8217;m tying this portion back to another post that I did on demographic research, so check that out the demographic research and but basically are excuse me, the demographic research post. But basically, if you&#8217;re going to do a weight loss program, you have the option of going deep, which is looking specifically at weight, loss terms and weight loss sites, and things like that, which is great, obviously super targeted.</p>
<p>But also I really like to get into the the width of a campaign which is okay based on the demographic. What other sites would I be able to sites or keywords? Would I be able to advertise with that would be relevant, so I try to stay with really big niches, where I can be demographically relevant and that&#8217;s, good enough, which allows me to really get into other keywords that no one else is really Bidding on or the competition is much lower, specifically for a weight loss program right.</p>
<p>So, if you think about it, this way, like think about a regular TV ad right, you see TV ads for a lot of different things that hopefully are demographically relevant. I mean that&#8217;s, the point, but aren&#8217;t going to be relevant to every single individual there and a lot of times, even just a small percentage.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s, going to be relevant, for I mean think about you&#8217;ve, probably seen attorney ads that are doing. You know these these mass lawsuits against pharmaceutical companies right. So if you&#8217;ve ever taken, etc, you know insert drug here, call us well how many people do you think they&#8217;re actually hitting it.</p>
<p>Obviously it&#8217;s. It&#8217;s, a simple numbers game. You&#8217;re. Looking at the demographic you&#8217;re, saying, okay of this demographic, you know, maybe four percent are relevant if we get X number of conversions from that four percent, we are profitable with our ad that&#8217;s.</p>
<p>Fine, so demographically, relevant niches or niches, where it&#8217;s, easy to be demographically, relevant on a large scale or where I like to play, because that&#8217;s, where you can make the most money that&#8217;s.</p>
<p>Where you have the most leeway to be wide with your campaigns and you&#8217;re, not really competing in a very narrow, specific market, so things like weight, loss and and biz op, and you know all those different things, skin care, etc.</p>
<p>So bottom line is the reason I wanted to show you this was you can start to expand widthwise based on demographics, like I spoke about in the other and the other tutorial, so let&#8217;s say we&#8217;re, doing weight loss and Let&#8217;s say we know one of the big weight loss.</p>
<p>Demographics is women aged 32. You know 45 whatever it is, that&#8217;s. What we found during our research, based on the article or the post, that I did earlier, so we we&#8217;ve, got that now. What we like to do during that demographic research is pull a lot of domains and relevant sites that this demographic visits, so we might say or and keywords as well of course, so they might be typing in keywords of you &#8211; know: weight loss and losing weight, but That 30 to 45 year old woman is also typing in gucci purse.</p>
<p>Right so another way to expand wide definitely is to pull out your demographically, relevant domains and pull keywords for them as well. So don&#8217;t, just pull relevant keywords for weight loss, pull relevant demographically, relevant keywords that you found during doing your demographic research so again utilizing the spy tools it&#8217;s kind of a a deep and wide method.</p>
<p>So once you choose a key term, a or a domain name that you want to replicate, you of course export all the ads that look like they&#8217;re profitable in all the keywords, and then you go back to your demographic research and go okay.</p>
<p>What other keywords are relevant here and then you type those into your keyword, spy tool and you pull relevant ads from the spy tool based on the wide demographic that you&#8217;re, not hitting. I hope that makes that makes sense, so you have deep, which is very, very specific, and then you have wide, which is specific to a demographic I mean you don&#8217;t want to just be so wide that it&#8217;s, not relevant, But being wide enough to where you can start to lose competitors as good there&#8217;s, a lot of people, for example, bidding on Gucci purse, probably are not doing offers for weight loss.</p>
<p>While I probably just made a fool of myself, there probably are, but you get the point you will be able to find. You know side niches there which are demographically relevant, but no one else is advertising that specific thing now, with that being said, do you have quality score issues because it&#8217;s, not specifically relevant? Well, yes, you can, but if it&#8217;s, a demographically, relevant ad and it&#8217;s, a really good ad, you&#8217;re, going to have a high click-through rate which helps your quality score.</p>
<p>Okay, and you&#8217;re. Going to be paying, hopefully a lot less when you go so wide, so a little higher quality score is okay. It helps offset the whole deal so anyway. Just wanted to make that point clear and tie these two posts together.</p>
<p>You know you want to do your demographic research deep, but you also want to use or excuse me. You want to do your keyword and domain research on the spy tools deep, but you also want to do them wide based upon the demographic research that you&#8217;ve done previously, okay, so hopefully that was a little more clear that&#8217;s.</p>
<p>A few different topics there and it mixed together. So hopefully I was almost clear in my language, but so this is keyword, spy, that&#8217;s, how it works very cool tool, spyfu same same basic thing: why do I use both of them again? One particular product has more or less relevance in certain areas might have a domain name available for one and then the other might have a lot of keywords for one and not the other, etc, etc.</p>
<p>So we use them both. I think spy foods like 80 or 90 bucks a month, the psoas keyword spy, a drop in the bucket. If you&#8217;re serious about making money online and again you have money back guarantees and trials and those types of things.</p>
<p>So those are the paperclip tools that I utilize keywords buying spy food. Let&#8217;s, move on to a broader competitive intelligence tool, which does a whole lot of things and that&#8217;s. What runs where? What runs where calm this thing? Does everything so it&#8217;s more expensive? I think it&#8217;s like it&#8217;s like 220 bucks a month or so again, don&#8217;t.</p>
<p>Let the price scare you you don&#8217;t have to have these tools. These are just nice things to have when you&#8217;re making money. But again, if you can&#8217;t make that kind of money back with the amount of intelligence that this gathers for you, then you&#8217;re, just not taking action.</p>
<p>So what runs rare is awesome because it not only does well here we can click on features it. Not only does you know PPC ads, but bent the if you do any display buys at all which is highly recommended at you know at some point in your career.</p>
<p>This does awesome competitive intelligence for banners. It does texts you can search by here. You can see advertiser by the placement. It gives you all kinds of really cool stuff. It&#8217;s international. So if you do any, you know non-us campaigns again.</p>
<p>Another highly recommended thing. Then it &#8216; S got all that data. They&#8217;re, really really powerful tool and it&#8217;s got so many features. I don&#8217;t have time to go through them. It&#8217;s awesome. So what runs? Where is really good? Another tool, similar tool, add beat another awesome tool.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s. We have this one as well, so we have all four of keywords by spyfu. What runs where and add beat the one I utilize most often is probably what runs where now. I have a team that does that sets the campaign&#8217;s up for me in and does a lot of the research.</p>

First and then we&#8217;ll uh, we&#8217;ll declare a winner so guys the four advertisers we&#8217;re gonna test with are organifi, onewheel, kevin david and the sales mentor. So we got a mix of e-commerce as well as info, so let&#8217;s check out organifi right, so we&#8217;re going to go in here and this is the power add supply.</p>
<p>We&#8217;re, going to check there first and we&#8217;re, going to go by search by advertiser put in organifi. Oh so it looks like they&#8217;re, multiple organifi channels, so it looks like there&#8217;s. Organifi channel organifi pure so that&#8217;s, something that&#8217;s interesting, is that vid uh, basically power ad spy, actually pulls different advertisers.</p>
<p>So i think there was one we found and then i think fitlife tv is the other one. I&#8217;ve, seen: oh there we go fitlife tv, so here we go so we had one that we found from organifi life channel and now we have um this one from fitlife tv.</p>
<p>So there&#8217;s, one two, three, four, five, six, seven! Oh, i think there&#8217;s still more um wait. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. That&#8217;s. 18. Videos. Oh wait! There&#8217;s still more 19, 20 21 jesus, 22, 23, 24, 25, okay, 26, 27, 28, 29, jeez.</p>
<p>I think yeah, okay, there&#8217;s. A lot there&#8217;s a lot of ads. Now let&#8217;s check on here and see what we can find. I think we have to check by organifi organifi. Okay, there we go all right. Okay, so organifi also does really well on here um.</p>
<p>So there&#8217;s. It&#8217;s, picking up videos from organifi as well as fit live tv uh. Let&#8217;s. Just look at fitlife tv and see how that does so. We &#8216; Ve got one two three four, five, six, seven, eight nine 12.</p>
<p>15. 18. 20.. So this one, i think, actually wins out because um, i think we&#8217;re like 30 to 40 in here, and it&#8217;s still scrolling. So the first one for organifi, fitlife tv events &#8211; i mean um for the first one power &#8211; adds five wins out all right.</p>
<p>So the next one we&#8217;re gonna look at is one wheel. So i&#8217;ll. Put that in here and search all right, so here&#8217;s, one wheel, so i&#8217;m gonna keep scrolling all right. I think that&#8217;s, all we got so 1. 2. 3. 6.</p>
<p>9. 12. 15. 17. 19.. So we got 19 here, let&#8217;s check out here. Okay, so you &#8216; Ve got one two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight nine got it so looks like power power at spivens in this case as well and kevin david.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s check out kevin david, so there we go one two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten! Okay! We got more all right, so we got a lot here. I don&#8217;t even know. I think they&#8217;re, pulling up pretty much every kevin david ad ever, which is pretty cool, but you can see there are a lot of ads that didn&#8217;t get that many views, but then there are others that did so.</p>
<p>This is a very comprehensive tool. Now let&#8217;s, look at vidtal all right, vidtao as well. Okay, i&#8217;ll call this one: a tie um both with tau and um powerade spy picked up plenty of the videos from kevin david.</p>
<p>The one difference is, it seems like vidtal&#8217;s better at picking up videos that have more views, while uh powered spy just seems to be able to do like all the videos which is really awesome, because you can really see what ads didn&#8217;t work that well for them, but yeah.</p>
<p>This is cool um. Both of these tools are great, i would probably say, with power ads by still vince out a bit more um in the kevin david. It seems like this might be like 90 plus, while this might be like 30, so great tools, both of them.</p>
<p>Now let&#8217;s, try the sales mentor, so the sales mentor is also something i&#8217;ve been seeing. They&#8217;ve, been killing the info info game lately with their ads. So let&#8217;s, see how they&#8217;re doing all right. Let&#8217;s, see 6.</p>
<p>9. 12. 15. 18. 21. 24. You can see that these ads didn&#8217;t, do that. Well, right, like this, one only got 2.9k um. You can kind of see like the ads that were made for youtube actually perform way better, so that i think there&#8217;s.</p>
<p>Like 20, something 6, 9. 12. 15. 18. 21. 24. 27. So we got 27 on here. Let&#8217;s. Look on here all right, one, two, three! Four: five! Six, nine eleven all right! So we got 11 or so i&#8217;ll check on the channel to see if we can find more yeah, so power, ad spy wins out and here as well so yeah.</p>
<p>Basically, if you&#8217;re, looking for a more comprehensive solution, power spy seems to win, but it is expensive. It&#8217;s 50 a month. Vidtal, on the other hand, is completely free and it gives you the best performing videos.</p>
<p>So the videos that have the most views show up on vidtal power. Ad spy is just a little bit more comprehensive. So at our agency we use both um vittel. Personally, i like the a uh, the ui a bit more, but power ad spy definitely is more comprehensive.</p>
<p>So if you&#8217;re really trying to dig deep in to see what work didn&#8217;t work for another client. We can go in here now. The cool thing about power ad spy is all the filters it&#8217;s really cool. How many filters they have in here.</p>
<p>You can filter by language which is really cool. So you can. You know if we run a portuguese language offer, so we can basically look for ads in that offer in that language uh by country by call to action.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m, not sure what the call to action is here um and then there&#8217;s like marketing platforms. So you can. You can just look for ads that go to shopify stores. You can look for ads that go to clickbank offers and you can look at ads that go to click funnels landing pages or leadpages landing pages.</p>
<p>So if you&#8217;re looking for info, you can filter by click funnels and get all the best in full offers. If you&#8217;re looking for best ecommerce offers, you can look at one of these um. This is really really a powerful tool.</p>
<p>Now vidtal. As i said, it&#8217;s fast, it&#8217;s, lightweight it&#8217;s, got a nice ui and it&#8217;s, easy to use um, but it definitely doesn&#8217;t have the power of power at spy, Which makes sense, because powered spy is a paid tool like vidtal.</p>
<p>They&#8217;re, just doing it for free for you guys so uh yeah. So my suggestion is get both um. If you can afford it power ads by. If you&#8217;re on a budget with house great as well and yeah, so that basically makes sense in terms of the comparison between the two uh.</p>
<p>Oh, the one thing i like about um about vidtal is, if i actually, if you click on one of these, you actually have an estimate for ad spin now. This is obviously based on a certain cost per view, but that&#8217;s, really cool that, where you can kind of estimate how much they&#8217;re spending on ads, so that&#8217;s.</p>

<p>For brands, it’s a goldmine. Consider this: we analyzed data from over 529, 000 Shopify store orders to find that Pinterest was the second largest social source for traffic, and resulting visits had the third highest average order value.</p>
<p>Also, according to research done by piqora, sales and traffic from Pins can occur long after the item is pinned. In fact, 50 percent of visits happen after 3 and a half months, which respectively, is more bang for your buck than twitter or facebook.</p>
<p>The reasons for using pinterest for your business are impossible to ignore. In this video, we’ll show you seven concrete methods, that you can use to drive sales and traffic with Pinterest. One, Use Rich Pins &#8211; Rich Pins are enhanced Pins that make your images even more shoppable because they contain additional information right inside the Pin.</p>
<p>There are five types of Rich Pins – Movie, Place, Recipe, Article and Product. And Online retailers can benefit from Product Pins because they include real-time pricing and stock availability. Rich Pins can also improve click through rate and discoverability of Pins, by making them eligible for Pinterest’s own curated feeds.</p>
<p>Another advantage of Rich Pins is price notifications. If you reduce the price of your product, customers who Repinned that product image will receive an email from Pinterest notifying them of the price drop and prompting them to buy.</p>
<p>Also, if you’re using Shopify, we have partnered with Pinterest to automatically enable Rich Pins for our merchants. That means any images Pinned from your product pages will now be published as Rich Pins.</p>
<p>To enjoy the benefits of Rich Pins, be sure that you sign up for a Pinterest business account. Two, Pin Smarter &#8211; Knowing what types of images work best on Pinterest is extremely important. <p>” When shooting and choosing photos for your product pages, strive to make them highly Repinnable. So, What makes an image Pinterest-worthy? Well, let’s dig into the data: Keep it Anonymous &#8211; Images without faces receive 23% more Repins than those with faces.</p>
<p>Use Color Wisely &#8211; Pins with multiple dominant colors are Repinned 3.25 times more than those dominated by a single color, and red images fare better than blue. Image Size &#8211; Images on your product pages should ideally be at least 600 px wide with the optimal Pin width being 736 pixels wide, which is the maximum display size.</p>
<p>Taller images are more likely to be Repinned. Listen &#8211; Pay attention to your analytics, either through your Pinterest business tools or via other apps like Piqora, Tailwind, or Curalate. While summer salad recipes and DIY treehouses may have high virality potential overall, be relevant – find out what resonates with your audience specifically.</p>
<p>Timing is Everything &#8211; Pin and engage when your customers are doing the same. The time periods 2-4pm and 8-11pm are roughly the best times to Pin, but it can depend on where and who your customers are.</p>

<p>While you should use caution when pinning content simply based on viral potential, you shouldn’t ignore opportunities to tap into the most popular pin types and search terms if they’re actually relevant to your audience.</p>
<p>Here’s a great example. Sony Electronics, has a product category that doesn’t rank high on the list of popular categories. So, they’ve cleverly jumped on the virality of cute animals and humor to create their board “I Can Haz Gadgets”.</p>
<p>Consider your audience. Are your customers predominantly men? Well, your slice of the Pinterest pie is smaller, so maximize your efforts. Create boards and pin content in the categories of photography, art, design, and home decor.</p>
<p>Do you sell food or beverages? Develop easy recipes containing your products. Are your products related to fitness, health, or beauty? Pin aspirational and inspirational content with quotes. Is your ecommerce store a source for tools, craft supplies, or fabric? Use them to create DIYs and tutorials.</p>
<p>Remember, a pin can contain your products and a link to a step-by-step tutorial on your blog. Five &#8211; Run Pinterest Contests. Contests are a great way to increase engagement on Pinterest. When done well, and within the platform’s parameters, Pinterest contests can drive sales and traffic for your ecommerce site.</p>

<p>We all need that traffic to our website. So in this video I&#8217;m gonna show you how you can utilize Outbrain to drive targeted traffic to your website, alright guys and if you like, content like this don&#8217;t forget to like this video and subscribe to my channel.</p>
<p>So that I know to make more content just like this alrighty guys now let&#8217;s, get started already guys. So the first thing that I want to talk about is always expand. Your traffic sources. You know on YouTube.</p>
<p>You can find a lot of different resources on how to run Facebook ads, how to run Instagram ads Twitter or Pinterest. Google Ads Bing ads, but it&#8217;s, no longer called Bing ads now under microscope, and now we have snapchat Reddit and the one that I all want to talk about is called out brain now.</p>
<p>I realized that not a lot of EECOM sellers or econ gurus out there are actually talking about out brain, which is such a shame, because, right now, without brain and also Pinterest, I&#8217;m, getting very low CP C, and it is actually a very Very great place to drag that targeted traffic and I&#8217;ll, be showing you in just a minute over the shoulder how you can target certain interest groups that are inside of your niche to drive that traffic, that you need alright guys and before I Move on, I just want to talk about the rule of thumb when you guys are thinking about driving traffic to your website is if you can get a positive row, ass or return adspend do them all, because if you are paying say $ 50 to run an Ad and you&#8217;re, making even just $ 60 back from the $ 50.</p>
<p>I would run that ad all day long, because a $ 10 profit is still profit. But how do you make more, you just simply scale up the ads, alright. So in the channel I always talk about different traffic sources, because you know never depend on one.</p>
<p>Sometimes, when certain platforms get way too expensive, people naturally go to other places to find places where they can get cheaper, clicks, cheaper traffic, all right guys. So what exactly is out brain now out brain is considered a native ad network and basically it is an ad platform where you can place your ads on high traffic websites.</p>
<p>Like CNN Slate Fox News Time magazine&#8217;s, there&#8217;s. All of these websites to get high number of traffic every single day, and so what we are gonna do is that we are going to place our ads on these websites to get eyeballs on our website, and this is basically called traffic arbitrage.</p>
<p>And if you&#8217;ve, never heard of traffic arbitrage, it basically means that we are sending traffic from other people&#8217;s, websites to our website, all right and also without brain. It is not the first of its kind.</p>
<p>There are other websites just like it like Rev content, tabula Yahoo, but in my opinion out, brain is by far the best, because a lot of their ads are very regulated and you can get actually very, very targeted traffic to your website, which I &#8216;</p>
<p>Ll be showing you in a tutorial later on in this video, how you can target certain interest groups that are inside of your niche. So that way you ensure that you are sending quality and qualified traffic to your website all right.</p>
<p>So this will work for any type of business, as I mentioned before, so whether you own an econ store, affiliate marketing, you have a blog, you own, a YouTube channel. You&#8217;re, doing digital marketing, personal branding, whatever it is.</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re doing anything on mine, you definitely need traffic, and so without brain you can actually run ads and get those people who didn &#8216; T know who you are before to get to kind of know your brand or get to know your product alright, and also I get a lot a lot of requests and comments about saying you know Cynthia Facebook ads are getting way too expensive.</p>
<p>You know people are now looking for cheaper alternatives to Facebook ads right now. For me personally, I&#8217;m. Getting cheaper cpc&#8217;s on Pinterest and Outbrain, and on Outbrain you can get good targeted sources of traffic, so you guys don&#8217;t always have to stick with Facebook.</p>
<p>Now I do believe that Facebook is one of the best traffic sources, because they have such a big ton of data where they can go out there and find you the best type of audience to your website. But that does not mean that you just can you just limit yourself to Facebook but go out there and test out different traffic sources? Alright.</p>
<p>So how exactly is your ad advertise its they go on places mainly like blogs and news websites. Now it is less targeting options, as you will see when I go over the shoulder than Facebook, but nonetheless you can still put your ad out there alright.</p>
<p>So it will look something like this, but right now what I&#8217;m going to be doing is I&#8217;m gonna be hopping over and showing you how your ads would look like on these websites, alright guys. So let&#8217;s, hop on over already guys.</p>
<p>So right now I am on the website slate.com and if I scroll down on this website, you can see they have tons and tons of articles and a lot of traffic comes to this website every single day. But, as you can see, if I scroll all the way down, I we&#8217;ll, get to see these ads and, as you can see right next to us as sponsored.</p>
<p>This is actually where all of your ads will be placed when you&#8217;re using a brain. It&#8217;ll, be placed on websites like this, so your ads would be like placed at the bottom. So all the ones that you see sponsored would be how your ads would appear all right, guys so just kind of a quick overview on how your ads will look like alright guys.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s hop on back already guys. So we are back here, and so I&#8217;m gonna give you a an overview on how this process works or how. I am actually utilizing out brain to drive traffic to my website and you know promote whatever you want to promote like if you&#8217;re, promoting a product, a digital product, your own brand, whatever it is that your main primary business is.</p>
<p>That is what you&#8217;re, going to be doing without brain, so first things. First, you want to register an account with them. It&#8217;s free to sign up, but it&#8217;s very easy. You just have to sign it without brain and then what you&#8217;re gonna be doing.</p>
<p>Is you&#8217;re gonna be creating an ad which I&#8217;ll, be going over in just a minute that you want to be placed at the bottom of these news, article websites, and then what happens? Is you want to do? One of two things all right, so you can either send about traffic to a blog, so you can host the blog.</p>
<p>If you have an e-commerce store, you can have a blog on Shopify or you can have your blog hosted on places like WordPress and drive traffic. There or the other option is to create an opt-in page using a landing page that you can create on websites like click funnels, where you can collect their email address and then send them to wherever you want to send them now.</p>
<p>Why do I do it in this way, as opposed to sending them directly to the product, because without praying from what I&#8217;ve tested is Outbrain is more geared towards people who wants to read articles, and sometimes people don&#8217;t purchase.</p>
<p>The first time they see a product, so in order to build up that trust and get that warm traffic, we want to send them more to a blog where they &#8216; Ll read about your product or they&#8217;ll, read about the subject that they&#8217;re interested in so say for an example: you are in the dog niche.</p>
<p>You can create an ad saying, you know the top ten best dog t-shirts and then you could create a blog about it and then link those t-shirts to your store or you can talk more about a general topic say top ten dog training tips.</p>
<p>Okay. So, in that case, we&#8217;re, not actually selling a product. We&#8217;re, actually trying to build up trust with our customers and then actually sending them through our product. Now, for the this other option, if you want to send them to an opt-in page, we&#8217;re, not actually providing any value, but instead we can just say you know you could enter in your email address and get a free ebook, and that way They get something for free and in return we get their email address, which will be your biggest asset, because now you own their email address, you can send them whatever you want, without paying any type of ads cost.</p>
<p>Okay, and so what happens? If you&#8217;re gonna, do one of these you&#8217;re, then gonna redirect that traffic to your actual product or an affiliate offer or your youtube, video or whatever it is that you actually want to promote.</p>
<p>So it takes a little bit of work, but from what I found that this converts it better than if you were just send that traffic directly to your products directly to your Philly offer directly to whatever you want to sell them all right, because this one helps Us build trust, and this one helps us keep in touch with our visitors and hopefully convert them as a customer.</p>
<p>So after that, if you once you send them to your product page, there&#8217;s a t-shirt and you can get paid if they purchased. Your product, alright, so you know it&#8217;s not much before. Why not link it directly, go to out brains them to an add to your products right.</p>
<p>You know this is what separates an experienced marketer with someone who&#8217;s, a total newbie people sometimes say you know, Cynthia Facebook guys don&#8217;t work, Instagram, ads or Pinterest ads. Doesn&#8217;t work, and they might even tell me that Outbrain ad doesn&#8217;t work because they do it in this way.</p>
<p>They simply make quick ad and they don&#8217;t do any of the work in between here and they simply just send them to the product. Hoping people would buy all right because number one like I said before people don&#8217;t buy the first time they see the product, and sometimes people need to read a little bit more information before they buy.</p>
<p>So that&#8217;s when the blog comes in, so this is how I would structure it like this, as opposed to this alright. So what I&#8217;m gonna do is hopping over to out-brake and showing you how I create my add-on. Outbrain, alright guys, so let&#8217;s, hop on over already guys.</p>
<p>So right now I am on out brain and, like I said before it&#8217;s, free to sign up just go ahead and register for your account. Once you get your account, you want to come over here and click on add campaign, and we&#8217;re just gonna let it load and when you see the layout of out brains, you know at platform it&#8217;s very, very similar To Facebook you get to create your own interest, targeting you get to create your own location age.</p>
<p>Things like that, so we are going to be taking a look at this one, so just trying to wait for it to load already guys so now that it finally loaded, we are going to first name our campaign. So in this case I&#8217;m.</p>
<p>Going to do a quick tutorial on dog potty training, so I&#8217;m say you know dog potty, training example, okay, so the first thing that have us customized is the bidding strategy, meaning how much you want to do cost per click now over here.</p>
<p>If you hover over this, basically they &#8216; Ll, explain what a cost per click is, and they will suggest a CPC for you now, as you can see on the screen, they suggest anywhere from between 52 cents to $ 1 74.</p>
<p>Now, for me, I always just start at 10 cents, because even though that it&#8217;s not recommended it&#8217;ll still run even at 10 cents, and so I found that that&#8217;s, my sweet spot. So I would start 10 cents, because if I start at you know 50 cents or AB dollar, it can get very expensive okay, so the next thing they want to have you do is budget type.</p>
<p>Now, in order to run an add-on Outbrain, you need a minimum budget of $ 20, and so I&#8217;m gonna go over here and type in $ 20 per day. Now some people might be asking me Cynthia, should I try 30 50 or maybe even a hundred? I would actually just stick to 20 because without brain you kind of never know, and you want to minimize the risk, and so I would just stick to my budget as 20, and so you can select your start date.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m just gonna leave it like this. Your start time I like to start it at midnight and then location now for a location. It&#8217;s really to your preference depending on the type of audience. You want to send it to you.</p>
<p>But for me for the location, I always put the top 5 english-speaking countries, and so that would include the United States, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia. So I can go ahead and type those in all right, so I just type all of these in and over here it&#8217;s very similar to Facebook.</p>
<p>They&#8217;re, going to show you. What is your potential reach based on your audience? So we have not done our interest targeting, but just doing our location. We have bought the size down now. This is the part where it&#8217;s very similar Facebook, where we&#8217;ll.</p>
<p>Do our interest targeting now without brain is very different because they only have interests or attributes, and so, if we come over here, there have a lot of different categories, so autos business, electronic entertainment, health, recreation, sports travel, and so it&#8217;s.</p>
<p>A very limited category &#8211; and if say you cannot find your niche in here, just find the ones that is more similar to your niche okay. So in this case, since I am in the dog niche, I can go ahead and find things that are close to what I&#8217;m doing, so I can come over to attributes and see if I can find C lifestyle and under lifestyle.</p>
<p>I see this one, it says pet lover. I can target people that love pets, okay and then, as you can see, my target audience is about 460. Okay, now again, you can come over here and add more and of course this was this will go up and this purpose of this training I&#8217;m.</p>
<p>Just gonna keep it at this one all right so then, over here they&#8217;re gonna show you, which placements that you want you want to go on the phone or the desktop. I just leave it at all. That&#8217;s. Totally fine and then, of course over here, you have to set up your pixels so very similar to the Facebook.</p>
<p>Pixel just go ahead and set it up, and I&#8217;m just gonna go ahead and click Next now. This is the part where we&#8217;re gonna type in our URL that we want to send our customers to so. In this case, I want to send my customers to a landing page where I can give away a free, ebook and return for their email address.</p>
<p>So let me pull it up already guys. This is the funnel um that I created in a different video, and this is the funnel where people can actually enter in their names or email address and get a copy of this ebook.</p>

<p>So I just uploaded an image. Now you can find these images on either pixabay pixels or any other royalty-free websites, and then once you upload it, you can go ahead and apply or you can resize it if you want alright, so they&#8217;re gonna give you a preview on How it&#8217;s, gonna look like on the actual ad when they place it on the website.</p>
<p>Alright, you can go ahead and actually replace this. So you can. I&#8217;ll. Just say you know: hey dog owner. Do you want an easy way to potty train alright, and you can write anything you want. You can resize the image things like that, alright guys.</p>
<p>So after you have created your ad copy, all you have to do. Is click this button to launch your campaign. They&#8217;re, going to review it and, and then they&#8217;re, going to start spending your budget and start advertising.</p>
<p>It alright, and so you can actually monitor all of your conversions and your clicks easily on this website. So what we&#8217;re gonna do is right. Now we&#8217;re, going to be hopping back already guys. So now we are back here and before I end this video, I also want to touch on what are some of the best practices when you are running an ad on Outbrain, and here are some of the recommended ad dimensions that I recommend that you resize your Image before you upload, because sometimes if it&#8217;s different &#8211; that some of it can get cut off and it wouldn&#8217;t look right, so you can actually adjust this on.</p>
<p>You know Photoshop or whatever you want, but try to keep your image at 1200 by 800 pixel that way it&#8217;ll fit perfectly into the ad. Also, as I, as you saw me, create the CPC I started with 10 cents. Now you can go higher if you want, but I just feel like it&#8217;s a little bit more expensive.</p>
<p>Even if you start at 10 cents cost per click, your ad will still run. So the next thing is location. Targeting again, I do the top 5 english-speaking countries, but for whatever reason you don&#8217;t want to target, say people in Australia or people in Canada.</p>
<p>You can just target people in the United States that&#8217;s, 100 percent, okay. So the next thing is don&#8217;t. Forget you do need a minimum budget of 20 dollars per day. You cannot go lower than that, or else it won&#8217;t run, but I also recommend to not go higher than $ 20.</p>
<p>It can be a little bit more risky when you&#8217;re doing 30, 40 $ 50. All right so also try to create your campaigns on different days of the week and just see which one performs better. Now, in my experience when I&#8217;m running these campaigns, certain days do work better for me and it, but it kind of depends on your niche and it&#8217;s, something that you just have to test it out yourself.</p>
<p>But you know, don&#8217;t always say: launch your ads on Mondays, maybe switch it to Friday&#8217;s. All right and next thing is use photos with actual people in it. I find that whenever you are running an ad people relate to the person that they see.</p>
<p>Okay, so try to do that if that is applicable to your niche. But in this case you say your niche is a cat or a dog or a type of animal. I would just stick with an animal, but go with a close-up rather than a you know, a photo where the animal is just all the way in the back.</p>
<p>You can barely make it out. Okay, make sure that it&#8217;s closed up and that the person looking at it knows exactly what&#8217;s going on knows exactly what, where they will be going once they click on your ad all right.</p>
<p>So the next thing is crafting your headline. A lot of people underestimate when they&#8217;re trying to type in their headline. So here are some of the tips that I recommend when you&#8217;re, trying to think of what to tuck.</p>
<p>For your headline so number one use a question because with questions you will get a higher click-through rate because you are kind of creating this curiosity. You know huh, do I really you know what is an easy way to potty train my dog.</p>
<p>You know I&#8217;m curious that&#8217;s. What I&#8217;m gonna click on it right so also when you&#8217;re crafting your headline, keep it interesting! Okay, you know nobody&#8217;s. Gon na click on a boring headline which they think that they already know the answer to also you want to input your target audience in headline, because you want to make the person look at your ad feel like you are talking directly to them.</p>
<p>Instead of to the general public all right and also focus more on pain points, if possible, this is something that I talked about before, even with Pinterest, when you&#8217;re, creating a post or a pin, you definitely want to focus on what people are Struggling on hit the pain point because, at the end of the day we are trying to solve someone&#8217;s problem right.</p>
<p>People, don&#8217;t want to buy a drill. People want a hole in the wall. Okay, so definitely focus more on providing a solution to the problem, instead of providing them with your product, all right. So, as you saw from my example, I would structure my headline to look something like this.</p>
<p>You know hey dog owner in this case. This is where I input my target audience here, so if the person that likes dogs, I am directly speaking to them, when I say hey dog, owner, okay automatically, they relate to my post now here&#8217;s, the part where I use the question, I Say you know want to know a quick and easy way to potty train your dog.</p>
<p>You know people are curious about that. People want to know. Is there you know an easier way to train their dog? Okay, and I also focus on a pain point. You know people don&#8217;t want to have to wait. You know weeks, all months to teach their dog to you know not pee in the house psi things like that.</p>
<p>So you want to try to encompass as many of these things that I just talked about. You know yeah the question, keeping it interesting input, your target audience things like that, so also, if you guys need help building out a landing page, if you guys do want to send them to a website we can collect their email addresses would think that that will Be better for the bang, if your! If your do want to advertise on outbreak, because if you&#8217;re, sending them to a blog that&#8217;s great! But you&#8217;re sort of not getting their email address.</p>
<p>Not staying in contact with them when you&#8217;re, sending to a blog now, of course you can run retargeting ads that&#8217;s great, but you could run retargeting ads, setting them to a landing page, but definitely at the other day.</p>
