So we know that the traditional way of building a website has always been on a laptop or a desktop computer, but nowadays we all have powerful computers sitting comfortably in our pockets and, surprisingly enough, there are in fact free apps that you can use to build a Website in the palm of your hand, so my name is dale from create a pro website and in this video i’ll, be doing a review of the top five website.

Builder apps and all these apps, except for one, are available on both ios app store, as well as android’s. Google play store, but there’s, one that’s only available on ios so far, but i actually think that this app has a lot of potential and i really enjoyed using it.

So i wanted to mention it anyway. I’ll, be rating each app based on ease of use, customization and power and functionality. So let’s get started app number one is weebly upon opening the weebly app. I noticed that the sign up process was very easy.

You can register for free with just a name, email and password, and then you immediately get started by choosing the type of website that you want to create and viewing a handful of themes within that category.

Now they really don’t have many themes to choose from which is a downside, but the ones that they do have each have a very clean and creative design. The user dashboard for your account is very minimal and easy to navigate, which i really liked and the editing interface was as well.

It’s. Got this really cool, simple, drag and drop method of building your website. Where you can add text images, galleries, contact forms, buttons, videos and more to drag an element in you just simply tap and hold on it, and then you place it wherever you want, which is indicated with this blue line.

Editing text was as easy as double tapping and replacing, but there were a lot of bugs around customizing the color and size of the text, and by bugs i mean that, no matter what color i changed it to the text would just remain white and i tap The plus button to increase the size and nothing happened and keep in mind that i’m currently using the most up-to-date iphone and the latest ios.

It was easy to create buttons with custom, url destinations but again editing. The style of buttons was extremely minimal. You can’t change, the color or animations only the size, or whether it was a primary or secondary button.

It was easy to create a contact form and put in your own email in order to receive messages to your inbox through your website. But you couldn’t edit. The form fields to include more of them or delete fields that you don’t want, and you also can’t change.

The look and style of the contact form. However, i love the instant preview function to see what your website will. Look like and being able to preview that with the desktop version was awesome as well, because you can see the desktop version right on your phone and they made getting a custom domain name very simple as well.

You can choose their free one, which will end in weebly, or you can purchase a professional.com domain for about forty dollars a year which, in my opinion, is a bit expensive. So, overall i would rate weebly as eight out of ten for ease of use.

Two out of ten for customization and seven out of ten for power and functionality, seeing as they do have e-commerce functionality built in as well as insights, tab to view analytics about your website.

Next up, we’ve got wix. Wix was very easy to sign up with for free and get started on any type of website that you want and any extra added features such as a blog, a booking page, a store and more then they have about 15 different themes that you can choose from Their editing interface was pretty user friendly because you can just click on any section that you want change the text, images and buttons.

The downside was that you can’t change, the font or color of the text. Within a theme, you would have to choose a completely different theme in order to do this. You can add a new section by tapping on the plus button anywhere.

You want to place it, but i found that they don’t have many options to choose from. As far as new sections and certain things like adding an instagram section, you have to actually go over to a physical computer to connect with no instruction on how to do that.

One thing i did like was that you can easily change the themes with the button at the bottom, as well as add or delete new pages for your website. I also like that. Customizing, the contact form was pretty robust, being able to add images, a map, custom, business address and more, but another downside to wix was that the user dashboard was very busy and confusing.

It actually took me a while to figure out how to get back to editing. My website, once i was in the user dashboard, but on the other hand, you can see analytics, handle email, marketing, create coupons for your store, add new roles and permissions to other people and more all through the user dashboard on your phone.

So all in all, i’d, give wix a 5 out of 10 for ease of use 4 out of 10 for customization, but a 9 out of 10 for power and functionality. Next up, we’ve got milkshake after signing up. You can immediately grab a free url, but you can’t get a custom.

com domain, which is unfortunate. The user interface is very simple. You can select a card pick a style or theme for that card and then edit, the image, the text, the button text and the url and the descriptions and there’s.

This really cool shake it up button where you can instantly see your card in different styles after you’ve created it now. There were a few major downsides to milkshake, though number one is that there’s.

Only a few cards to choose from none of which are a contact form or anything with advanced functionality. To add to your website purely visual number, two, the final website, isn’t able to be scrolled up or down it’s.

Navigated left and right, hence the cards which will end up hiding a lot of your content and number three. There is no desktop view, even viewing the site on a desktop. It shows up looking like a mobile simulation.

So with all that said, i would give milkshake a 9 out of 10 for ease of use, a 5 out of 10 for customization, but unfortunately a 2 out of 10 for power and functionality. Next up, we’ve got universe. Universe was actually a very interesting find and it’s fairly new.

After opening the app you can choose from a custom domain, if you’d like which was very expensive, because you’re paying for universe pro with it. So it comes out to around 25 dollars a month or 120 a year, but you can get a free domain by tapping on skip, but you won’t be able to choose what that domain is.

Then you simply pick the type of website that you want browse through their pre-made styles and then you can start editing and the editing is very, very user-friendly. You simply tap and hold for a second and drag over the amount of blocks that you want to create.

A new element for and then you can choose an element such as text, photos, videos, buttons contact, forms, galleries and more, and you can reorder anything you want by simply tapping and holding and then dragging any element wherever you want it and you can add new rows At the bottom, as well as change the background and the theme of your website at any time, you can also change the font, colors and size of the text, which is fantastic universe, made, making a website very fun and creative, which is why it’S my second favorite app.

I love that you can create an awesome mosaic effect with elements on your website and customize how the images are displayed. You can also decide on how each element will function, such as opening up a new page opening up a new website.

Sending an email or calling a phone number, the downside was that if you want to view the website on desktop, it looks more like a tablet version than an actual desktop version. So i’d. Consider this website best for someone who wants a digital business card that’s easily shareable over mobile, but all in all the user interface was incredible, so i would rate universe a 10 out of 10 for ease of use 9 out of 10 for Customization but unfortunately, a 5 out of 10 for power and functionality and for our final app, we have squarespace out of all of these apps squarespace was by far my favorite, because it was most directly replicated to what it’s like to build a Website on the computer version of squarespace, but with the comfort and ease of a phone, and no, this video is not sponsored by squarespace.

I genuinely tested all these apps for several days and found that this one was my favorite upon opening the app you immediately get started by picking a template, and you have tons of options and what i loved about squarespace was that you can see what your website Will look like on desktop tablet and mobile directly on your phone.

It gives you a simulation of each one and the user dashboard was very easy to navigate between finding where to edit your website, edit, your header and customizing, the overall style of your website, and there’s, a menu at the bottom to add or Reorganize pages on your site, as well as site settings such as changing the logo, the title handling your email, marketing, seo admin permissions for other editors blogging and more editing.

My site with squarespace was very easy to do. You can use the style editor button up at the top right to change, fonts color schemes, animations button styles and more across your entire website. You can change text by just tapping and typing, as well as changing button text and adding custom urls to buttons.

You can add new sections anywhere by tapping on the plus button and selecting any custom block that you want out of several different categories. There’s, lots of designs and layouts to choose from for each block and it’s as simple as adding it to your site and replacing the text in the images.

I also found it easy to customize your contact form by adding new fields and putting in where you want your emails to be sent to, and you can even connect cloud storage such as google drive or you can even hook up mailchimp to build an email subscriber List and all the websites on the squarespace app are fully responsive for mobile tablet and desktop.

So you, don’t have to do any extra editing. So overall, i would give squarespace a 10 out of 10 for ease of use 10 out of 10. For customization and a 10 out of 10 for power and functionality, because you can create online stores, blogs portfolios and more as well as manage all of your search engine, optimization your email, marketing and everything through the app.

So this is hands down my number one recommendation. Alright guys, so i hope you enjoyed this video review on the top five website builder apps for ios and android, and if you want to learn how to build a professional website with the comfort and full customization options of a computer, then check out this video right Here in that video, i will walk you through how to build a website in just 10 minutes and feel free to follow me on tiktok and instagram for web design.

So last week I created and published my first mobile game. Ever there’s, a link down below by the way you should totally check it out. You know just saying just putting it out there go download now and one question.

I’ve been asked. A lot is how much money did you make? Did you get the bread? Did you obtain the grain? So you could bake the loaf and the answer is yes. I did get quite a lot of bread from advertisement on the game now, since I just started University again and I don’t really have time to make any fun and original content.

I thought hey. This is the perfect video people want to know how much money I made and it’s, an easy video to make let’s. Do it so that’s? What that’s? What I’m doing, I’m, doing it right now. Look I’m, creating a video yeah, pretty cool.

Now. One thing I’ve learned from publishing a mobile game is that there are tons and tons of bugs and I’ve gotten so many emails. So many tweets so many comments. So I’ve, been putting a lot of time into fixing bugs and updating the game.

So I’m working on this, pretty big update, which should come with a lot of changes and cool new content. So the biggest thing is you have this mission kind of thing where you can unlock your new skin? You can see we now have it unlocked and I can go in here and I can select it and I now have a cute face on my player, which is cool.

Another big change is I’ve added this obstacle course. So if you go through this teleporter, you can enter the obstacle course and try your hand at it and if you make it all the way to the end, which I clearly can’t, you can unlock a pretty cool thing.

But I’m, not going to show you because that’s, super secrets so yeah. The last thing I want to do before releasing this update is: I want to implement some more upgrades, because people keep asking me for upgrades [ Music ], so I’m, now finished with all of the upgrades, and you can see them here.

These are like the advanced top-tier upgrades, so yeah. I just got to do some small tweaks and make sure you don’t spawn with $ 10,000,000, and then we can publish so I just finished up the update and have now uploaded it to Google Play.

And now we just wait a couple of hours and it should be out for everyone to play. I also did a major oopsie in the very first update for the game, so I was just trying to fix some bugs, but I forgot to remove this god mode that I implemented.

So everyone got like 10 million points for every ball they destroyed and I basically kind of might have ruined the game for like tens of thousands of people. But now the question on everyone’s, mind how much money did I make during this first week let’s, get into it transition effects Wow.

So all the ads are provided by unity, because that was the the easiest way for me to do things and also the quickest way. So if we head on over to my Unity dashboard, you can see all of my statistics here and so far in a total of eight days, we have made $ 1,300.

That is pretty insane. So you can see. I uploaded the game on the 23rd of August and then it just really spiked up, because everyone saw the video and download the game, and now it’s like kind of fallen off, but still that’s.

A crazy amount for such a small time, and you can see we have like 1 million requests for ads and I think 700k at impressions. I think that means a total of 700,000 people have actually seen the ads. Now.

You can clearly tell up there rewarded videos. Definitely do way more than the actual forced videos, because every seven rounds there’s going to be a forced video. You have to watch for at least 5 seconds now the rewarded video is, you can click it and watch an ad for like 25 to 30 seconds.

I think, and then you get one level and also a lot of cash. So apparently, a lot of people have clicks to watch this ad because it’s made almost a thousand dollars just from that, so that is pretty insane now.

If we head on over to my google play dashboard, which is basically where I can see all of my stats, we can see the game currently has 69 thousand active installs, and if we click on it, we can see some more stats.

So a total of 89 thousand have downloaded and a total of 25,000 have uninstalled. Now the app currently has a rating of 4 point 82 inches ridiculously high, mainly because people have watched my video and then downloaded the app and just given it a high rating, because I made the app and not actually because they rate the app.

So you can actually check out user acquisition and I think I pronounced that right arrow and in here I can see how many people came from my video and how many people actually came from the Play Store.

Now, surprisingly, the game actually got the top trending and also top three games. So it actually got quite a bit of visibility, and you can see here that there are around 5,000 people who found the game by just exploring on the Play Store, which is pretty cool.

That’s, a lot of people and 3400 found it by searching, and then you have the rest, which is like 80,000, so that’s from a YouTube video. So 80,000 people came from a YouTube. Video and don’t loaded, the game, so um yeah that’s about it.

There’s, not really any more fun stats, so a total of 1,300 dollars so far and still going, which is ridiculous, so yeah it’s, absolutely crazy. Obviously it’s, important to note that the reason I’ve made this much money so far is because I have a pretty decent fanbase on YouTube.

If I didn’t have those people, I definitely would not have made anywhere close to this amount. So keep that in mind it’s not like you can just upload an app and it will take off like this. I’m, just very lucky to have so many people watching my videos and thus downloading the app all in all.

It was a very fun experience and I’m. Definitely gonna keep updating and adding new content to the game, but I’m, definitely also gonna start working on other projects, because I don’t want to be stuck on like one thing.
